This following document sets forth the Refund & Returns Policy for the Two Mates Brewing website, http://www.twomatesbrewing.com.au.

Two Mates Brewing is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience.

Refunds

30-day Return Policy. From the date listed on your receipt.

All goods must be in the original state (Unworn, Swing tags still attached & Original Packaging).

A copy of your Order Number and Payment Receipt is also required.

Damaged, Soiled or Incorrect Products

If any goods arrive damaged, soiled or is not the product that you ordered, please notify Two Mates Brewing as soon as possible.

We will evaluate the claim and keep you smiling as quickly as we can.

Claiming Goods

Email through you claim to [email protected] with details and your original receipt.

Once your claim has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label & a Return Authorization number with instructions on returning the goods to Two Mates Brewing

Lost access to Original Proof of Purchase

Please contact us anyway with the above steps as well as any extra information you have on your account so we can help you recover your Account & Original Proof of Purchase
